When she was 3 years old, she sang before a live audience of 500 people. At ages 4, 5, and 16, Kalsey sang on the Saskatchewan Telemiracle, helping raise millions for needy people.

In her spare time, there’s nothing else she’d rather do than play the guitar and write her own songs. Early in 2007 Kalsey went to Bart Mckay’s studio and recorded two original songs that can be seen on her website, www.kalseykulyk.com She also has a video on her website as well as photos. You can also find some of Kasley’s songs on You tube, if you type in Kalsey Kulyk then two songs will come up. On May, 22nd 2008, Kalsey was diagnosed with cancer and that was a little stumbling block for her singing career, but she didn’t stop her songwriting. Being more inspired than ever, Kalsey kept writing, and wrote songs about her experience, love and positivity.
Now that she is in remission Kalsey has been playing around places like Sunday Night at hulbert's, The Center for Spiritual Living, and Marybeth’s Café on Thursday nights.
Kalsey's just getting back on her feet, but she’s going strong as ever. Kalsey hopes to fulfill her dreams of becoming a professional singer/songwriter. “Eversince I was a young girl all I’ve wanted to become is a singer.”
With that said, stay tuned to see the up and coming events of this young starlet! |
